Office staff was very helpful in helping us understanding insurance coverage issues. Oral surgeon was willing to take the time necessary to discuss the merits of alternative treatment options, and consider modifications to the treatment plan.

The Dr's and the staff was amazing - I had the best experience I could ask for. They removed my wisdom teeth and even called me the same day later on in the day to ask how I was doing. I know everyone is different, but I feel like my procedure went great - I even went to work the next day. Everyone was kind, respectful, and attentive, and made sure they left no question unanswered. If I had to get my wisdom teeth removed - I would do it with Oral Surgery Associates in a heart beat!

I was very reluctant to have this procedure done but Dr. Horne has a very calming manner and was able to walk through my concerns. The only thing I personally would like you to think about changing is to let the patient read the consent form on the day of the consultation so that questions could be answered at that time not the day of the surgery when some people do not need any more anxiety than they already have me being one of them.

Only difficulty was that the temporary bridge broke and fell out about 10 hours after the surgery. I went to Dr Finnegan next day for repair and replacement..

The day of the surgery staff was courteous. Appointment was on time and maybe even a bit early! The procedure was fast and Dr. Horne was so good talking my son through the procedure. He made my son feel so comfortable. I really appreciate the phone call later that day to see how my son was doing. Things like that really mean a lot.
