Dr. Twersky and Staff are the best in CT!

My mother, Angelina, had numerous extractions performed by Dr. Ahlkatib, who couldn’t have been a more courteous, caring, and nice doctor to have done such an extensive surgery. Her discomfort, at the moment seems to be minimal, but expected. The whole staff at OSA was also very courteous and caring, a pleasure to have met.

Office is clean and bright. The staff is nice just wish I would of been advised that all charges had to be paid up front. I understood a payment had to be made day of surgery but did not realize they expected it to be paid in full on that day. There was an option for some type of credit card but I was only informed of it the day of surgery. Other than that the overall experience was good. My son was taken care of well and they did follow up to make sure all was going well with him.

These guys are amazing. I thought with 4 tooth extractions, I would be in pain for weeks but that wasn't the case. In two days I was able to eat solids again.

Dr Twersky was very kind and explained everything. My appointment for my molar extraction was at 9:00 and I was in the car heading home at 9:15. Follow up call was very nice later in the day to check up. I have already recommended the office to a friend.

This is my second interaction with OSA (the first was for a successful implant back in 2016). Yesterday's visit was for a tooth extraction that's the first step in having another implant done. Since Dr. Twersky did such a good job with the first implant I decided to come back for more when the latest tooth went bad 🙂 Dr. T got this tooth out quickly and without any issues or pain...and I'm looking forward to have Dr. T handling the rest of the implant process. In short, I'd recommend Dr. T. and OSA highly to anyone in deed of oral surgery or implants, etc.

Staff helped my father since he had a wheelchair with access to building. Dr Horne has great bedside manner. He explained everything before, during and after thoroughly.
