We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered.  If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (203) 371-5595. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.
 
Please remember you are responsible for all fees charged by this office.  If you have insurance we will do our best to estimate what your copayment is at the time of service.   
 
We do particpate in most insurance plans.  
 
Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.

                         Yes.  We offer CareCredit.  Which offers many different payment options.
 
                2.)  What exactly is CareCredit?
 
                          CareCredit is a healthcare credit card with a credit limit for you and 
                          your entire family. Many of the CareCredit payment plans are zero 
                          percent interest for a certain promotional period.   Please call our office

                      3.)  How do I apply for CareCredit? 
 
                         You can apply online at CareCredit.com or someone from our staff would be very
